USA Shipping - Paused

Aug 29 Update: Temporary pause on all USA orders due to the stoppage of U.S. de minimis exemption for low-value, duty-free imports, requiring applicable duties on packages under $800 entering the country.

Due to the increased costs from tariffs, administrative burden, and parcel logistics, we have decided to put a hold on all USA orders until the situation subsides.

We appreciate your understanding and support on this matter.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada 
  • Temporary Pause - All 50 U.S. states (additional fees may apply)

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays or Shipping Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages
